Dock

Dock

We went to Governors Bay on the weekend. I took some pictures that I'm really proud of, and this one was my favourite. I think I'll get it printed out and hang it on my wall.

When I look back on some of my older pictures - when I first got my camera - I realise just how much I've improved. I don't really notice it when I look at some of my current pictures, but if you compare them, you're going to notice.

I really do hope to improve even more when I get my D60. It's coming in 2 weeks!!

There's something about taking a picture that you're really proud of, it makes you feel so happy. I've been rather happy lately, with spring starting, the english teacher telling me I should take 121 English next year, knowing my D60 is coming, doing well in my interview with a school I've recently sent an application to for next year. Things are looking up!

I'm starting to like New Zealand more as well, it's been almost a year since we moved here, and I can't really imagine living in Australia any more. Things have changed so much, I've changed, the people over there have changed. It would be...odd to move back. I think.

I've realised just how much people focus on petty little things like how they look, what people think of them, things that happened in the past that they just can't let go, being 'normal' etc. It's ridiculous.

Anywho, I think I've typed enough now. So if there's anyone out there reading this - Adios.
